Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Key Responsibilities: Review, correct, and refine machine-generated Spanish (Mexico) transcriptions, ensuring accuracy and context. Analyze audio content and annotate recordings with detailed metadata and relevant tags. Identify and flag inconsistencies, errors, or cultural nuances that may impact data quality. Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple transcription and annotation tasks. Collaborate with customer’s team to uphold project standards and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement. Deliver thorough and precise annotations to support robust data sets for AI training. Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, contributing to a transparent and collaborative remote environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: Fluent Spanish (Mexico) speaker with excellent grammatical command. Proven track record in transcription, annotation, and metadata tagging. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in both audio and text analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to identify and correct transcription errors promptly. Time management skills and adaptability in a dynamic, remote work setting. Experience working with diverse audio formats and digital tools. Preferred Qualifications: Background in audio engineering, data annotation, or professional transcription. Experience collaborating with multicultural or distributed teams. Familiarity with language data projects or AI training initiatives.
