Our Sub-processors

Last updated: June 8, 2026

We use a small set of trusted infrastructure providers to run Spoon Hire. Each is bound by data-protection terms. We'll update this list and give notice before adding a sub-processor that materially changes how data is handled.

Vercel — Hosting & CDN

Serves the application and handles request routing. Processes technical request data (e.g. IP, user agent).

Neon — Database

Managed PostgreSQL storing profiles, jobs, accounts and related records.

Stripe — Payments

Processes subscriptions and one-time payments. Card data is handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.

Resend — Transactional email

Sends product emails (interview invites, sign-in codes, survey invites). Processes recipient email addresses and message content.

Anthropic (Claude) — AI

Powers AI interview question selection, transcript cleanup and scoring. Receives anonymized interview/profile content needed for the task; never candidate contact details.

Google — Authentication & analytics

Google sign-in (OAuth) for authentication, and Google Analytics for aggregate, de-identified usage analytics.
